Sword Art Online: Code Register ( ソードアート・オンライン コード・レジスタ ), besides sometimes known as Sword Fine art Online: Lawmaking Resister ,[one] is a 2014 video game for iOS and Android devices released in Japan only.[iii]

Sword Art Online: Lawmaking Register is a Japanese office-playing game with a simple tap-and-play battle system. Players tin can put together groups of characters with unlike skills and actions to take on opponents and explore different worlds.[4] The game features multiple worlds and characters featured in the franchise, including the eponymous Sword Art Online, ALfheim Online, and Gun Gale Online,[4] [iii] besides as its own original characters.[2]
The game features a "Duel Order System" where players tap characters to make them perform actions against enemies and thus pull of combos, and utilize the "Switch" arrangement to change the order of set on for meliorate strategies and combos.[four] Similar to the light novel and anime, at that place exists dissimilar kinds of Sword Skills and Unit of measurement Skills which players can utilize to deal damage or recover health; with using these different skills and combos beingness the key to winning the game.[iv] There too exists systems to create custom weapons using materials gathered from quests, levelling up skills, and calculation abilities.[5]

Another 2016 crossover endeavor features Cross Register and .hack mobile game New World, with Code Register receiving a Black Rose costume and New Globe receiving Kirito and Asuna costumes and a Yui accompaniment, amongst other character and equipment cards.[9]

Geoff Thew of Hardcore Gamer complained about the lack of meaningful user interaction, claiming it "looks every bit heady as data entry."[10]
